Questo menpo, nonostante sia di tipo ressei, presenta delle caratteristiche davvero uniche: Il naso, di dimensioni spropositate, è probabilmente ispirato ai nasi degli occidentali mentre la presenza di quattro canini appuntiti e i folti baffi scuri fanno pensare che rappresenti il volto di un demone. L’interno della maschera è in lacca nera e lo yodarekake è in honkozane.
