La cascata di Nunohiki (o Nonobiki) si trova nel corso superiore del fiume Ikuta, nell’attuale città di Kōbe. Il toponimo, che significa “stendere la tela”, trae origine probabilmente dall’aspetto della cascata spumeggiante che somiglia a una candida stoffa stesa nell’acqua per essere candeggiata.
